Aspirin Please

I'm starting to notice some of the down-sides of my new house. Major issue: screaming neighbor-kids do not mix with hangovers. I don't know what's worse: the little boy continuously banging on the porch rail or the girl shreeking...since 8 am on a Saturday. Not ideal when you've only been asleep since 4 and you're definitely still drunk. Aren't kids supposed to watch cartoons until at least noon on Saturday mornings? Hello, parents...
